Refund Policy

We value our clients and strive to provide high-quality editing, proofreading, and academic support services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how they are handled.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before an editor begins working on your document and receive a full refund.

Once work has started, the order can no longer be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on how much of the service has already been completed.

Refunds after work has started are evaluated individually.


2. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you were charged twice for the same order, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate payment. Alternatively, you may request the amount be credited to your account for future services.

Please review your payment carefully and contact support immediately if you notice an error.


3. No Editor Assigned

Although we maintain a large network of qualified editors, in rare cases we may be unable to assign a suitable editor to your order due to subject complexity or urgent timing.

If no editor is assigned and no work has begun, you will receive a full refund.


4. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally submit and pay for two identical orders, please notify support immediately.

If we do not hear from you, both orders will be treated as separate requests and processed accordingly.


5. Missed Delivery Deadline

If your edited or proofread document is not delivered by the agreed deadline and you no longer require the service, you may request a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

This does not apply if:

  • Required materials were not provided
  • Payment was incomplete
  • We were awaiting confirmation from you

Each case is reviewed individually.


6. Quality-Related Requests

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the editing or proofreading, you may choose one of the following:

  • Request free revisions within the revision period stated for your order
  • Ask for the work to be reviewed by a different editor
  • Request a refund if revisions cannot resolve the issue or time constraints apply

To process a quality-based request, you must provide clear feedback explaining what did not meet your expectations.


7. Use of Materials After a Refund

If a full refund is issued, you agree not to use, submit, or distribute any delivered or partially delivered materials. All rights to those materials revert to the company.


8. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Requests outside the terms above
  • Completed services without quality or deadline issues
  • Failure to provide instructions or materials on time
  • Change of mind after work has been completed
